Returns

  • Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed hats within 14 days of delivery.

  • To request a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available if the requested item is in stock. Contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
